Getting all Cosmic

Got a new surfboard a few weeks ago. A custom 6'8" 5-fin e-wing Campbell Brothers Bonzer shaped by Malcolm Campbell and glassed by Moonlight Glassing.
My old boss Peter St. Pierre did all of the amazing cosmic space air spray artwork on the bottom. Gary Stuber glassed it, Dave Kerr hotcoated..routed the fin box.and glassed the fins, Kenny Mann sanded it, Travis Harder performed quality control, Mark Donnellan glossed it, not sure who buffed and polished it. The fins were made by Jack Jenson.
A lot of work goes into making a surfboard. I think one of the best parts about getting this board was just having an excuse to go hangout with all my old coworkers and friends at Moonlight Glassing and Chris Christenson Surfboards factory next door.

Marine Ply wood fins

2011 is the 40th year of the Bonzer design and concept.

This board is for winter and big/powerful waves. I've already ridden it a few times and it works INSANE! If you are curious to know about the bonzer and its design go to bonzer5.com
